Job Description:
The Laboratory Technician/Andrologist is a key member of the clinical and laboratory team, responsible for performing high‑quality andrology and laboratory procedures that support donor screening, semen analysis, cryopreservation, and general laboratory operations. This role ensures that all laboratory work meets strict quality standards, complies with Danish and EU tissue regulations, and contributes to the overall success of donor recruitment and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform semen analyses including concentration, motility, morphology, and vitality.
- Handle and process samples for cryopreservation.
- Support donor screening and infectious disease testing.
- Maintain full compliance with Danish and EU regulations.
- Conduct quality control and equipment checks.
- Maintain laboratory sterility, documentation, and workflow.
- Assist with donor communication during sample visits.
Qualifications/Preferences
- Degree as Laboratory Technician, Bioanalyst, Biomedical Laboratory Scientist, or
- similar.
- Experience in andrology, fertility, or clinical laboratory settings.
- Strong knowledge of microscopy and semen analysis techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and protocol adherence.
- Strong IT and documentation skills.
- Danish and English fluency
