Job Description:

Donor Programme Manager – Tropical Caribbean Island

A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced fertility professional to take ownership of and transform a growing donor programme at a world-class IVF clinic based on a tropical Caribbean island.

This is not a standard coordinator role. We are looking for a commercially and operationally driven individual who can take the clinic's donor programme to the next level — formalising workflows, building scalable processes, and identifying strategic opportunities to expand programme reach and performance.

The Donor Programme Manager will serve as the senior lead for all donor activity, working closely with clinical, nursing, and embryology teams while also contributing at a business level. The right candidate will bring a blend of fertility expertise and operational or commercial acumen — someone who can both manage the day-to-day and think strategically about programme growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and formalise the end-to-end donor programme, introducing standardised processes, protocols, and documentation frameworks
  • Oversee donor recruitment, screening, matching, and cycle coordination across all recipient cases
  • Identify and develop opportunities to grow donor supply, improve matching outcomes, and enhance programme reputation
  • Build and manage relationships with referral partners, donor agencies, and external stakeholders
  • Drive operational efficiencies across case management, scheduling, and regulatory compliance
  • Provide commercial insight to leadership — including programme performance metrics, capacity planning, and growth initiatives
  • Mentor and guide any supporting coordinator or administrative staff
  • Act as a senior point of contact for patients, donors, and the clinical team, maintaining high standards of communication and care

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proven background in IVF or fertility — with specific experience in donor or third-party reproduction programmes
  • Demonstrable operational or management experience — the ability to build, formalise, and improve processes from the ground up
  • Commercial awareness — experience identifying programme gaps, growth opportunities, or partnership potential
  • Background in business development, clinic operations management, or a senior coordinator/managerial role is highly advantageous
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across clinical and administrative teams
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working autonomously and making decisions in a dynamic, international clinic environment

Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

Please note: Due to visa requirements, a minimum commitment of 3 years is required for this position.
